Our 6-session course blends yoga, pilates, & chi kung for older, stiffer, or simply out-of-touch folks.

In each session, Yoga teacer Tamara will guide you on a holistic journey aimed at improving your physical flexibility, mental clarity and energy balance. Here's a glimpse of what awaits you:
