Ebb & Flow
An intuitive blend of Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga, where movement and stillness that honors the natural rhythms of the body — sometimes active and fluid, sometimes quiet and still — as mindful, warming flows transition into longer, supported Yin holds, and back again. The flowing movements build heat, improve joint mobility, increase circulation, and keep the body supple, while the deep, cooling Yin poses — supported by bolsters and blocks — target myofascia and deeper layers of connective tissue.
Held for several minutes, these poses allow for a profound release that helps prevent the tightness we often experience with age, inactivity, or repetitive exercise, with interwoven breathwork and meditation cultivating a blissful state of relaxation and inner calm. This practice will leave you feeling both energized and deeply restored, with greater freedom of movement and a deeper sense of peace.
Peace & Prana Flow
This is your weekly invitation to deep rest and reset. The perfect start to the working week - a gentle 60-minute 'breathe-move-rest' session designed to release, restore, and rebalance. Starting with breath work and awareness of mind, body, space and time, followed by a sequence of simple qigong forms and warming yoga asana to awaken, settle, and circulate prana (or chi) and to roast and toast all the tissues and cells. A deeply restorative 10 to 15-minute Yoga Nidra allows your body and nervous system to fully integrate the practice and release accumulated tension. We close with deep peace meditation to reconnect to your blissful, peaceful self, and to the source of all goodness.
This sweet and gentle session offers a deep reset for the nervous system, supports healthy digestion and lymph flow, and lightens the tension we often hold in the muscles, joints, bones and cells, as well as clearing mental tension or fog. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more alive.
