A 1.5 hour session of gentle flow and deep stretch, breath work, mindfulness and meditation to release stress & tension, to tune into the body's sensations of the body and the mind's activity, and to take a step back into a natural state of peace.

About the event
This is an evening of gentle movement, breath awareness, and mindfulness to release stress, listen to the body's signals, and support nervous system regulation. A simple practice, with a focus on tuning in to the breath and sensations in the rather than on getting the pose right. We'll be using the asanas to get into the body, rather than the body to get into the asana.
