About the event
I'm coming back to Twizel from Dunedin for the weekend, and having just completed my 350hr Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching Course I'm keen to share some of the most useful and easily accessible tools and wisdom with my Twizel friends and yogis.
This event includes:
A 90-minute yoga, breath work and qigong session that includes practice of tools that can help settle the nervous system and bring greater focus.
A delicious Morning tea (GF,V)
1 one-hour session shedding light on Ayurveda's holistic approach to ADHD and ADHD-like symptoms.
