About the event
Perfect antidote to Mondays... if you feel that way about Mondays.
Just come along, pull up a mat, put aside your feels and be guided in a bit of yin, a bit of yang, suits beginners and seasoned yogis.
The class is donation (koha) based so you can pay cash or choose from one of these to pay online.
