About the event
Kickstart your weekend calm and energized. We'll do some flow and some yin, make sure the nervous system is balanced and your muscles and bones sufficiently roasted and toasted for a pleasant, stress-free weekend.
Beginners welcome, bring a mat or use one of mine.
