This one-day retreat will prepare us for an optimal state of wellness and some deep work over winter. We'll explore yoga asana, pranayam, pratyahara, and meditation, and indulge the senses with soups & oil blends, plus a workshop on immunity and preparing for 'deep work.' RSVP for details.

About the event
